We believe your healing matters.

In a big way, but first: as a unique individual you likely require different methods and ways to heal. Knowing this, we do our best everyday to create content, healing classes, and updated 1:1 offerings to best fit your needs. 

Because you matter. Pause and imagine what life would look like if you felt truly happy and fulfilled everyday? If you had less stress? More joy, love, and compassion when interacting with others? Likely… You may see how you’d begin a ripple effect of more love, joy, and peaceful interactions with those in your family and community. 

This is our second mission and belief.

That by you healing you, you then can lead by example just with the nature of being your whole happy self, you will help others feel more balanced and happy within themselves too. 

Therefore leading to a more peaceful world.

It’s no secret the world is at a turning point. We are prioritizing self care, boundaries, healing of generational trauma, and showing up for the next generation with more love, compassion, and understanding. And if you’re on this page? We are Honored that you are a part of it.

How Melissa Borden Yoga co. gives back.

I believe that the ripple effect is one of the most exciting ways we naturally giving back, and this is something we all contribute to. Watching how our clients lives shift and therefore they shift more lives around them as well, is the greatest gift I could imagine.

I also know that not everyone is in the financial position to afford 1:1 sessions or healing Reiki Certifications. I am happy to be able to offer a scholarship program, where you are able to recieve either the meditaiton course, the “fall in love with yourself” package, or the Reiki level 1 Certification completely free if needed.
